In a coastal setting, with beautiful beaches and diverse beauty, lies a mystical creature with scaly tail and long colored hair, The Great Mermaid. Thinking about the current search for the ideal female body, of miniature and strategic measures, and inspired by the refusal to aesthetic standards and the maxim to be happy the way I am, the elephant figure was merged with the mermaid’s imagery, breaking the idea that beauty is related to size. The character Ariel, from The Little Mermaid was the initial inspiration, for referring to the coast, having striking colors and the pun with small.
